Levy Dorcely founded Totum Insurance Solutions with a background that few insurance professionals can claim: nearly a decade inside one of the nation's largest health insurance carriers, where he worked directly with members to review their medical situations, evaluate whether requested treatments and services met coverage criteria, and advocate for patients navigating complex benefit systems.
That experience — seeing how insurance decisions are made from the inside, and what those decisions mean to real people on the other side — shaped everything about how Totum operates.
